The fourth group in the ADVENTURE residency program explored John Wilkes Booth's escape route as he fled Washington: the Garrett farm where he was finally cornered, his grave site in Baltimore, Ford's Theater, the Mary Surratt house (now the Wok in Roll restaurant), and New Hope PA, the last known location of the mummified remains of David E. George who, just before committing suicide in 1903, claimed to be the real John Wilkes Booth. The work resulting from the trip was exhibited in the camper at Conner Contemporary Gallery in Washington DC.
